I didnt get a good sleep last night so I was just in a really bad state of mind which made me feel even worse the I was already. I am going over to my uncles house to visit my grandma so I plan to swim my 20 laps when ever i get back from their house and I will do my push-ups and crunches before i go to sleep. I had a flat whole wheat beagle and 3 egg whites That leaves my with cals for dinner.

The Summer I get Skinny This is my anonymous weight lose blog for the summer my goal is to be before school starts. I also felt like yesterday i did not drink in of water so i am going to drink a big glass of water every hour. I am going to so a one hour stretching work out and 50 push-up and crunches right now, later around maybe 2 i will play DDR for one hour, and then i will swim my 20 laps, and before I go to bed I will do my last 50 push-ups and another crunches.
June 23 I love his legs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had a green tea, my vitamins, and a banana which together is about cals.
